Booking Terms

The clear steps between an online request, direct confirmation and a final Hurghada diving booking.

Last updated 24 September 2026

Submitting the form creates a request, not a confirmed booking or payment.

Availability, provider, inclusions and final price are confirmed directly.

Safety, certification and sea conditions always shape the final plan.

Request and confirmation

Website availability and totals are an indication used to prepare your request. A booking becomes confirmed only when we send a direct written confirmation identifying the service, date, price, inclusions, assigned provider where relevant, payment schedule and applicable cancellation terms.

An automated reference or status page means the request was received; it is not a ticket, voucher or guarantee of availability. Please check the final confirmation and tell us immediately if any detail is wrong.

02

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the selected display currency and may include estimated extras. The final currency, total, deposit, payment method and due dates are stated before payment. We do not collect card details through the booking form.

A displayed deposit estimate is not a charge. Do not send money until you receive confirmation through an official Hurghada Diving contact and have checked the booking reference and payment instructions.

03

Participant information and eligibility

You must provide accurate names, ages, contact details, certification level, recent experience and any other information needed to assess the activity. The person submitting a group request is responsible for sharing the confirmed terms with every participant and having authority to provide their details.

Certification, minimum age, swimming ability, recent-diving experience, medical declarations and physician clearance may apply. A diver may be moved to a more suitable programme or refused participation where requirements are not met; this is a safety decision, not a certification assessment made by the website.

04

Operations and safety

Dive sites, boat, timetable, instructor or guide, route and number or profile of dives may change because of weather, sea state, harbour instructions, group ability, safety or operational needs. A named dive site is a possible route unless the written confirmation expressly guarantees otherwise.

Participants must follow briefings and lawful safety instructions, use suitable equipment, avoid diving while impaired, and disclose relevant facts through the proper medical process. The dive professional and captain may limit or stop participation where reasonably necessary for safety.

05

Changes, cancellations and responsibility

Customer cancellations are handled under the Cancellation Policy and any specific schedule shown and accepted before payment. If we make a material change, we will explain the available alternative, rescheduling or refund options.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Each party remains responsible for loss caused by its own breach, negligence or unlawful act, subject to applicable law. Independent providers remain responsible for the services they perform.

06

Website, law and contact

Website content is provided in good faith but marine conditions, availability and operational details change. You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit false requests or copy protected content for commercial use.

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly; this does not remove your right to contact a competent authority or court.
